Outcome

1. It was decided that SYW would have its own Donation Box, the responsibility for the same was given to Aadhar Aggarwal and Sumit Khurana.
2. It was decided that SYW should have its own website and Aadhar Aggarwal would talk to the Sampurna President about the same.
3. It was decided that Tushar Bansal and Bharat would go to an orphanage each and talk about how SYW can help the kids there.
4. It was decided that Shipra Narula would get the logo for SYW digitalised and e-mail it to all members of SYW.

It was decided that Harneet Singh and Rahul would head Punya (annual SYW collection and distribution drive) whereas Sumit Khurana would head it in rest of Delhi and the deadline for this is 28th January, 2007

It was decided that Sumit Khurana would head RYAN School Admission Project and the deadline for this is ………………….

Outcome

1 It was decided that Aadhar Aggarwal+Amogh Bahuguna and Sumit Khurana+Karan Arora would design the logo for SYW and would put them up in their albums on orkut by 12th December,2006 night.

2 It was decided that Karan Arora, Shipra Narula, Sumit Khurana, Shikha Rana, Harneet Singh (tentative) would visit Ryan International School on 14th December,2006 and talk to people their about a prospective program concerning underprivileged kids on 20-21 st December,2006

3 It was decided that Aadhar Aggarwal and Amogh Bahuguna would draft a formal letter and a poster that would be addressed to various colleges by 12th December, 2006.(For publicity of SYW)

4 It was decided that Sumit Khurana and Karan Arora would work on the presentation of SYW and would complete it by 12th December,2006.

5 It was decided that some of the clothes collected would be given away to children living in a Shelter Home in Paharganj, New Delhi and details regarding the same would be gathered by Aadhar Aggarwal.

6 It was decided that Aadhar Aggarwal, Sumit Khurana, Amogh Bahuguna, Harneet Singh would visit Ms. Nupur Hasija on 14th December,2006.The details regarding the same would be collected by Aadhar Aggarwal by 11th December,2006 .

7 It was decided that Aadhar Aggarwal, Sumit Khurna and Karan Arora would go on 9th December to various areas of Delhi and find out the areas where people need old clothes.

8 It was also decided that Aadhar Aggarwal would write a report regarding the same by 10th December,2006 and submit it on orkut by 10th December.

Outcome

Shipra Narula got 6 logos designed for Sampurna Youth Wing.It was decided that all members would vote for their favourite one and then the final logo would be decided. (Karan Arora has uploaded all the logos on orkut in his album.)

It was decided that Aadhar Aggarwal and Tushar Bansal would go to IP College(Delhi University) to do publicity for SYW during the IP College Economics Festival on 7th and 8th December,2006.

Karan Arora, Aadhar Aggarwal, Sumit Khurana would survey various areas to find people who actually need clothes on 9th December,2006.

The whole collection for clothes would be distributed among the needy from 10th-20th December,2006 (tentative dates)

It was decided that some of the clothes collected would be given away to children living in a Shelter Home in Paharganj, New Delhi and details regarding the same would be gathered by Aadhar Aggarwal.

It was decided that Shipra Narula, Karan Arora, Sumit Khurana, Meenal Anand would visit an orphanage close to Shipra Narula’s college (Lady Irwin College) and find out ways in which SYW can help the kids living there.

It was decided that two people from SYW would meet up with Ms. Nupur Hasija who works for a German Organisation here in Delhi. They would present SYW to her and look for ways in which the organisation can communicate. Aadhar Aggarwal would collect details for the same.

It was also decided that the Collection Drive Campaign would not be shelved and would be carried on throughout the year.

It was decided that Aadhar Aggarwal, Karan Arora, Sumit Khurana would work on the presentation for Sampurna Youth Wing.

Outcome

It was decided that Shipra Narula would do the designing of the SYW logo and identity cards.

It was decided that a few members whose semester exams were approaching in November would remain a little dormant during the next few days and others will take charge.
Whatever collection of clothes was made from different sources was sorted by those who attended the meeting.
It was decided that for the next few days the members would focus on getting as many clothes as possible through personal contacts.

Outcome

It was decided that all members would join the Sampurna Youth Wing Community* on orkut.
It was decided that for the first year of its inception SYW would focus only on youth.
It was decided that Aadhar Aggarwal and Sumit Khurana would prepare a presentation on the SYW which must be complete by 30th October,2006.
All members would give their ideas on what should be the long term objective of SYW through the community on orkut.
All members would submit their respective application forms as well as the admission fee for the first six months by 21st October,2006.
It was also decided that from the next time onwards the meeting would preferably be held a Sunday morning.
Aadhar Aggarwal got a banner printed for SYW for Rs.80.
Aadhar Aggarwal also got 10 application forms for the SYW costing Rs.10.
It was contemplated that there should be identification cards for SYW members. Mukul Khurana would inform regarding the cost to Aadhar Aggarwal.
A project regarding teaching underprivileged kids basic computing skills was also thought about. Aadhar Aggarwal would forward an e-mail to all members by 19th October,2006 detailing what exactly all have to do. Harneet Singh would nominate the first 4 members who would go to teach for the first time at the Razapur center of Sampurna through orkut.

Outcome

1. Aadhar Aggarwal and Sumit Khurana decided that they would prepare a presentation on the SYW which must be complete by 30th October,2006.
2. It was also decided that all members must try and contact as many people as they can and spread awareness about the SYW
3. Aadhar Aggarwal and Sumit Khurana decided that they would also create a one page document about the SYW which they can put up on notice boards in different places.
4. Aadhar Aggarwal would get 10 application forms photocopied as well as 1 copy of the rules.
5. Tushar Bansal was given Rs.100 of Amit Yadav as admission fee for the first 6 months.
